The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo is committed to building and maintaining affordable housing for citizens in our community. We seek to create safe neighborhoods by partnering with individuals and organizations to provide housing, education and employment opportunities for families of modest means to become self-sufficient and improve their quality of life.
 

Our goal is to provide decent, safe and affordable housing for eligible residents of the County of San Luis Obispo, and to manage the Section 8 program with good, financially sound property management practices. We are committed to serving each Section 8 applicant and participant as well as the entire community in a manner that demonstrates professional courtesy, compassion and respect.
